Another CD sleeve!

This one is for Jaimee.

I made another cd for a somebody.  Jaimee, obviously.  This time around, I constructed a playlist of songs that I can’t stop listening to.  The artists range from Arcade Fire to Luke Doucet for a total of 15 tracks. But let’s talk about stuff you actually care about. jk Anyway, this time around I put effort into doodling all over the cd!  It took me a while since I was working in a dimly lit room (the only light source was the idle, blue tv-screen).  But I’m happy w/ it.

The CD sleeve also took a while to construct.  I ran out of glue so I had to buy a new pack.  I also didn’t have chai tea (which I bundled w/ the cd) so I had to make a run to WalMart at 2:30am to pick some up. haha.  The sleeve is tea-themed ‘cause this person is a big fan of chai tea, so why not!  On the front of the sleeve, I drew a teabag and cut&pasted it on the front.  The string coming up from the tea bag leads into the sleeve.  Attached to the CD is the hang tag that is attached to the other side of teabag. So when she pulls the tab, the CD comes out! Like a tea bag in a boiling pot of tea! Get it?! GET IT?! jk, but I hope you really SWIDT (see what I did there).

After I finished the cd&sleeve I shrink-wrapped it w/ the use of plastic wrap and a lighter. Ghetto? Nahh ghetto fab! <—jk.

I’m pretty pleased w/ this one.
